After Netherite Upgraded

Hey guys, so what i wanted to tell here is that netherite is too bad and we need a better tier (in my big honest opinion). So, i added upgraded netherite, a netherite but a bit dark blue It has : better stats (2x durability and a small buff) also armors are a bit better! Hold My Items compatible (this took me years to make it work so pls use it) Made using MCreator.
